The Crooked Creek Art League meets on the third Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at Crooked Creek Park, 1098 Old Lexington Highway, Chapin. The League was founded in 1995 by Chapin area artists, and currently has 82 members. The League's purpose is to encourage and stimulate the practice and appreciation of the creative arts for its members and the surrounding community. The League strives to stimulate interest in the creative arts by promoting and developing programs and projects that are of educational value and by presenting quality art fairs, exhibits and sales.
