Incorporated in 1971, the Chapin Woman's Club was organized for the purpose of bringing together and equipping women to promote educational and civic progress in the Chapin community. Community projects sponsored by the Chapin Woman's Club (CWC) are the annual Christmas tree lighting, a scholarship fund for a rising college freshman, Meals on Wheels, Girl's State sponsorship, Chapin Community Theater, Girl's softball team sponsorship, Habitat for Humanity, Chapin Chamber of Commerce house project, Fellowship of Christian Athletes in the area schools, and other community projects.
