Plans for Lake Murray Marina Move Forward

Full Description:

State environmental permits were recently issued out to the Lighthouse Developments Inc., developers of a proposed 84-slip marina on Lake Murray.

Lighthouse’s plan involves building the marina for a gated community in the Crystal Lake Drive area of Chapin. Approval from two federal agencies and S.C. Electric and Gas Co. are still needed for the project to launch.
