Full Description:

All boat owners are invited to take part in the Fourth of July Celebration Parade on Saturday, July 1. This years theme is "Happy Birthday America". All boats participating will leave from Bomb Island at noon. They will be judged on uniqueness, themes and patriotism. A $100 cash award will be given to the top three decorated boats.
